The assistant said this was the first time this had happened to this shoe and gave me a full refund. She was extremely helpful & courteous. Young man with a beard and dark hair in the men's department upstairs went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shirt for my 1st anniversary with my lady! I returned 3 times because of him as he stopped everything he was doing, to help me find the perfect shirt! He's an Asset to ur company! And the shirt is awesome! Full credit to this young man”

“Display banners were good and I spotted the area I wanted easily. Only issue was with the checkout. Only one which was doing returns, exchanges, collections and cash sales. All other stations were card only self service. I had problems with this and had to wait for assistance. I was not on my own in needing help, saw several others who needed help while I was queuing. Ideally I had cash, but decided on a card sale as I would have been waiting for 3 more people who needed the till dealing with cash. Not an ideal situation”
