“Fairly large store with a good range of clothes. Men's section is limited but they do stock decent sizes. Able to purchase XXS clothing here which is a great. Seems to be incredibly rare to find a shop that sells XXS despite virtually all stores stocking XXL and more.”

Nicky was absolutely fantastic!Posh was actually the first dress shop I looked in and I never expected to find my dream dress in the first shop but Nicky was so welcoming and made me feel completely relaxed. She looked carefully at my reference photos and after trying on 5 dresses (all lovely) she suggested one more dress that was exactly like my inspiration shots. It was perfect!The dress was a quite few sizes too big, Nicky carefully tailored the dress to my size in such a short amount of time!Im over the moon with my experience and my dress. “Primark is a great store to find all sorts of bargains. It is a large store and is good for people with disabilities as it has ground floor access. You can buy male,female and children's clothing. It also has homeware too. The store is in the Beacon shopping centre in Eastbourne.”

“Great womens fashion clothing store, where you can stock up on the wardrobe basics and grab a few 'fashion' pieces too. Very competitively priced, they also stock handbags, purses, undies and nightwear. They often change their stock so worth popping in each time you visit town. The staff kind of keep themselves to themselves but i'm sure if you asked for help they would oblige. Right in the middle of the pedestrian precinct in the centre of Eastbourne, there is parking available but it is charged for.”

“I wasn't sure where to leave this, but I just wanted to say that the staff here were incredible today-- my nan had a fall in the shop, and everybody was so kind and helpful. A worker called Nigel in particular was very, very sweet + friendly, providing us towels + blankets, helping look out for the ambulance, carrying their things, etc! My nan loves this shop + is alwaaaays in it, so thank you again for being such a good store + helping her today :) x

(The only thing I'd like to add, however, is that when I went to the toilet upstairs, after I came back out I noticed a man in a wheelchair waiting in the middle connecting room, and when I asked if he was okay, he said that there was no access button to get back out! Which seemed extra strange, as it was where the accesible toilet also was! Not sure if this is just a temporary problem or an accidental oversight, but I thought it best to mention it, as I can imagine a lot of people getting stuck there! Thank you again x)”

“Have shopped at Bonmarch'e for quite a few years & have always found the products good value for money. Had to return a couple of things last week(22/06/18) and the staff were very accomodating. One of the items I was exchang wasn't on the shop floor. So a member of staff went up to the stock room & brought one down for me. Nice touch of customer service.”

The self-service kiosks are super handy. You can quickly browse the full catalogue, place your order, and pay using a gift card, cash, or card right at the counter. The whole process is smooth and efficient.

The staff here are especially worth mentioning — very warm, helpful, and ready to assist with any queries. Whether it’s finding an item or sorting out an order, they go out of their way to help.”

“Our first stay away since lockdown and it exceeded all our expectations. A lovely warm welcome on arrival. Even their lovely poodle came to greet us. Room was delightful with attention to detail. Clean crisp sheets, comfortable bed and lovely new en suite. Mini fridge with milk and plenty of tea and coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and a menu with plenty of choice. Would certainly stay there again with the bonus of being next the beach front.”

“My wife had ordered a outfit fir daughters wedding online from Phase Eight. We were in Eastbourne so tried the store. They had the dress part and fascinator in stock . Staff knowing she gad ordered online were extremely helpful. After we left an email arrived stating fascinator out of stock . We simply returned to the store and brought a stock one of the same item there from an again extremely helpful friendly knowledgeable assistant.”

“Great range of designer clothes and shoes, had a chat with the manager who clearly had a passion for what he does. He said stock is constantly coming in weekly and they are collaborating with up & coming designers, something I’m really excited to see! Disdressed is now my go to clothes shop, they’ve done a fantastic job creating a comfortable environment to shop in with a real personal touch that matches the high end shops you’d find in Bond Street or Mayfair. “Display banners were good and I spotted the area I wanted easily. Only issue was with the checkout. Only one which was doing returns, exchanges, collections and cash sales. All other stations were card only self service. I had problems with this and had to wait for assistance. I was not on my own in needing help, saw several others who needed help while I was queuing. Ideally I had cash, but decided on a card sale as I would have been waiting for 3 more people who needed the till dealing with cash. Not an ideal situation”

“Good place to shop. It's trendy and polite. A young team of staff but, they know what they are doing. It is a small JD store but you do have the faticility to take orders from your online purchases. So this means order online to deliver in store. Not every product is available for this. However, it gives you the consumer more buying options.”

“I recently visited the Sports Direct store near Eastbourne city centre and had a great experience. The store is always buzzing with people of all ages, which speaks to how popular it is. They have a wide selection of trending shoes — I picked up a new pair of training shoes and I’m really happy with the quality and price.

There’s also a great sale section where you can find good deals on clothes, shoes, and all kinds of sports gear. They even have a solid collection of football shirts, which is a nice touch for fans.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, it’s a really nice store with reasonable prices — definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and need some new sportswear.”

Young man with a beard and dark hair in the men's department upstairs went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shirt for my 1st anniversary with my lady! I returned 3 times because of him as he stopped everything he was doing, to help me find the perfect shirt! He's an Asset to ur company! And the shirt is awesome! Full credit to this young man”
