I approached a member of staff as I couldn't find what I was looking for. Her knowledge of stock was excellent, she kindly guided me in the right direction. I asked her her name ( Christine). Thank you Chirstine, we need more considerate, helpful people like you.

I honestly didn’t even want to give one star for my experience at B&Q Eastbourne. It was that bad.
