“Superb shop. The information I was given on the phone when I called to check the availability of a part made me check what I was doing and saved me a big problem by rechecking what was there. Then, when in the shop, they really looked at the detail of what I needed to do, explained the possible pitfalls, and supplied all the right bits. Can't thank them enough. Job done.”

My family is delighted with the results, but more importantly by our journey; after all it is a major investment and it needs to be in safe hands.Andy is meticulous, his advise, suggestions and attention to detail come from a solid understanding of the trade. We enjoyed the development of ideas, the design process and nothing was too much trouble in getting it right. He came to our home to review the design with us, he has a small home showroom area to review materials, which he allowed us to take home to consider.Installation was smooth, with other trades called in for electrics and quartz installation (Sussex Stone). Andy does the kitchen and appliance installation himself and coordinates the other trades. It needs to be right, so any installation issues were pragmatically and innovatively resolved.I was so close to going down the Wren Kitchens route, but Andy came across as a fair and considerate individual, so we took the plunge and haven't regretted a moment. Financially, the costs were comparable to what was quoted by Wren, but we got painted solid ash wood doors, Eggar cabinets to our choice of finish, Blum hinges, Haeberle lighting and so much more when compared to an MDF wrapped door and plain white cabinets proposed from Wren's Infinity plus range. “We purchased a bathroom sink and cupboard a few months ago and were very impressed with the cost and the fitment team of Niel so much so that we have just had a new walk-in shower etc installed and again very good cost. Neil the fitment expert again did the installment and all I can say is if you want the best high standard then use the shop and Neil. The staff here are especially worth mentioning — very warm, helpful, and ready to assist with any queries. Whether it’s finding an item or sorting out an order, they go out of their way to help.”

“Display banners were good and I spotted the area I wanted easily. Only issue was with the checkout. Only one which was doing returns, exchanges, collections and cash sales. All other stations were card only self service. I had problems with this and had to wait for assistance. I was not on my own in needing help, saw several others who needed help while I was queuing. Ideally I had cash, but decided on a card sale as I would have been waiting for 3 more people who needed the till dealing with cash. Not an ideal situation”

“I've given you 5 stars mainly for the customer service from Sally, this lady helped us on Sunday 19th March 2023 I would say after going to Brighton London Road bhf shop where we will never shop again due to the main facts that your customer service is rubbish and not being able to buy anything due to not delivering to Newhaven and then going to Eastbourne bhf what a complete difference this place cares about their customers please if you could I would be grateful if you could let Sally know she was wonderful with us and better than brighton. We believe there sales must be low as they cannot be bothered with customer service unless you can take the items with you, I myself have needed heart operation and I wasn't looking for a deal just a delivery. Eastbourne bhf is next to none the best customer service and care I have seen in a very long time so just one last item to say, a great full thankyou Sally for caring about your customer and the shops image I personally would recommend you for any customer service job anywhere.
