“Today I came into Robert Dyas on Western Road to return a parcel with DHL. I had never used DHL before and found their process to be much more complicated than other providers I was used to. My partner and myself weren't even sure we had the right documents and were worried the parcel wouldn't be sent back in time. Lucky for us, Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. He went above and beyond to ensure that the parcel was with the DHL delivery man within 10 minutes of our interaction.
