I called as I needed some balloons for an upcoming celebration and although there was another CF branch closer to me, I chose the George Street branch because of the amazing service.

Maria was so friendly and helpful on the phone, a breath of fresh air that can be rare when dealing with retail companies. Maria had lots of information regarding the items I was interested in purchasing and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. She sorted my balloons for collection and bagged them up, ready for the party! She’s a real asset to the company. Thank you Maria ???”

“I had a great experience yesterday at Wickes, I went to buy everything I needed to cover a hole in the wall, paint, sandpaper, ready mixer filler and everything else. English is not my first language so I asked for help from one of the people who was working there. The truth is that he was very patient with me and explained everything I needed and how to use it. The only thing I regret was not asking his name. Spectacular service.”

“Dear Adam We just wanted to write to you to say how delighted we are with our Fantastic Kitchen Makeover. From our first point of contact to the final result it has been an extremely positive experience. You will recall that initially we pointed out that we are extremely particular and that we would expect a high standard of workmanship. We chose your company as we prefer to deal with a local company so we can interact easily and ensure any issues are resolved quickly. What came across to us was how well organised the TEAM are with Grant calling to double check the door/drawer measurements prior to ordering. Grant also discussed how the work would be programmed and the part the plumber would play regarding the water and gas connection alterations which worked as planned so there was no loss of water overnight. Our fitter Mark delivered a really outstanding job and his attention to detail for example ( worktop joints ) was a real credit to him. We were also delighted with the high quality of the items chosen and the colour choice we made which you are never 100% sure off until it is fitted in your own home. We have now had several friends visit and ask to see the kitchen and their opinion is simply " Wow " that says it all . Basically we found your company to be extremely well organised and you carried out the works in a very professional way with the minimum of disruption and you completed the work within the projected time scale. Unfortunately, don't do exchanges. I could have bought a bigger sofa but wanted to swap with mine, which only 2 yrs old in perfect condition. Maybe consider changing the company policy.”
