Awful place and awful customer service, no staff out on the shop floor for about 15/20 minutes and waited about another 10 minutes to be seen. Poor customer service took 2 payments of £400, one one required, and said they didn't go through (taking payment issue) so not to worry, and took a deposit of £25 instead. We'll l did get charged £800 to my credit card. I tried to get a refund in the store and they said they couldn't give refunds, l would have to take... read full comment
