Awfull company. Sent my Nokia 7.1 in for repair. Screen and charging port. It took me 5 months to collect as had another phone and forgot where I'd sent it in for repair. Paid 110 pounds and collected within 2 weeks same fault on charger. Wouldn't repair as said it was out of warranty. Used a technicality as they...

Awful. Awful customer service. Sold me broken headphones. Wouldn't provide name. Wouldn't provide refund. Effectively stole £20 from me. Avoid!!!!
