“Go see Jake. No hard sell, very patient, welcoming and helpful even when it’s not obvious you are going to buy anything. He first helped my 81 yo Mum with her pay as you go sim card a couple of months ago when she wanted to switch from 3 who were giving her the runaround. I was there today switching from Vodafone because I knew he’d help me out. Gave great advice on the phones - pros and cons. My husband was with me and has already made his decision to switch to ee as soon as hist contract is up because of Jake.”
