No baby change facilities for men to use. The men's had a massive puddle of urine in, so the floor wasn't an option. Ended up using the disabled toilet after the druggy had finished (evidence present.) Absolutely disgusting!

Really slow service. Waited 45 minutes for food and it was cold when it arrived. We ended up not having enough time to go shopping and didn't want a fine in the carpark so had to pay for parking in St Stephens
