“This is a lovely little M&S Simply Food Hall with a great little cafe.The cafe is always busy so we were lucky to find seats. Staff are lovely; coffee is good and the cafe is clean and tidy.I do love the way food is displayed and the seasonal displays leading up to Mothers Day and Easter.”
“herons had no slushie lids in so popped into one stop on way to museum with niece and they allowed not only to have a lid but a Whole new cup as lid didnt fit and to fill it up a bit with the flavour they were asking me if they could have. they also gave her a free candy straw to use. she was very happy from it. thank you so much one stop, you made her day.”

“Always has everything we need and some of the prices are very competitive considering its a convenience store.Pleasant and friendly staff, can be slow to be served sometimes as the parcel collection side is slightly disorganised. They could do with taking time to book items in with a stock number so they are easily found. Was waiting there one day for 20 minutes for them to locate my parcel.Otherwise, great shop, good stock, great people, good prices.”

“The shop is like most shops but is kept very clean very orderly and the one great thing that makes this shop different from others is the staff although the put up with a lot considering this they are always happy to help always so very polite i have left numerous important items in there shop and have never panicked as they are a very trust worthy staff overall good shop great staff”

“One of the cheapest for fuel and definitely the quickest to get in and out. Always seems busy but if you just want fuel, pay at pump. I usually need a VAT receipt when I buy fuel so have to go inside, but not here, I can reliably get the receipt from the pump. There is also a pretty decent convenience shop inside but you can get store like queues which are normal for a shop but not a Petrol Station. As previously mentioned, pay for your fuel at the pump and this is not an issue.”

But when I got home I realised I could have paid with my phone on contactless. ... I now feel a bit of a dork. I added to her workload. But then maybe she should have mentioned paying by phone.
