Appalling pharmacy!! Staff member even admitted that they don’t tell customers their children are entitled to certain counter medication free on the nhs minor ailments scheme, because they want people to buy it instead so they can make more money! Pharmacy is frustrating at best. I receive text messages to say my prescription is ready, go to pick up the following day, wait a queue for 25 mins to be told that my prescription is not ready and could I please come back the following day, to go through the same routine...
