“Had to do a return and exchange at the store today because I had mistakenly bought a self preserving moisturiser at another store and it didn't agree with me. I had no receipt but Sam was really helpful and exchanged the item for my usual moisturiser and explained the returns policy to me. It made me feel really reassured about any possible future returns and valued as a customer. I've shopped at Lush since they opened in Hull and love the products. Vanishing Cream is my rescue moisturiser, I use it as a night cream and it calms my sensitive skin. I like to use Enzymion as a day cream to balance my oily t-zone. I cant praise Sam enough for her excellent customer service and overall kindness today.”

Staff were very helpful and got tape and antiseptic cream from them but due to discussion on treatment forgot the dressings which I had mentioned I needed. Being 70 I forgot them but so did they. Otherwise very helpful, would use again.”
