“Went in for advice and dressings for infecteded big toes developing after having sections removed from both sides of both toes. Staff were very helpful and got tape and antiseptic cream from them but due to discussion on treatment forgot the dressings which I had mentioned I needed. Being 70 I forgot them but so did they. Otherwise very helpful, would use again.”

“Today I went to see the pharmacist to ask how to treat an insect bite I'd got and as soon as he saw it he said it's infected you need antibiotics ring 111 tell them I said that,so I did and eventually went to beverlerly acute care place saw a doctor who said it was infected and gave antibiotics ,so thanks to the pharmacist in boots thorngumbald x”

“I believe that it is important to support small local pharmacies and I have used Keith's for several years, mainly for prescriptions but also for vaccinations and general medical advice. I have also been able to find bargains among their wide and often changing stock. They have been very good at fulfilling prescriptions rapidly and accurately and have been effective in chasing up hard-to-get items. While I have not found the app which you can use with them entirely satisfactory, I have no complaints about interacting with their polite, friendly and enthusiastic staff!”

“It may be a small pharmacy but they're big on customer service. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. The turn-around times on electronic prescriptions puts larger pharmacies to shame. AND they text you when your prescription is available to collect. I cannot think of anything negative to say. Well deserving of 5 stars.”
