“A small premises type of building not the usual grand auditorium type building and even so Virgin have altered the layout. At one point the was an area for customers to sit down and help themselves to a cup of tea or coffee and as many as you wanted. That has all been replaced by a cashpoint area, I would think that Virgin could claim that Covid was the reason but the free tea/coffee ploy I think was to lure new customers inside, so job done. But Covid has altered the ambiance of the place as it has to adapt to the times but a counter service, small, is available, and personal consultations are available with the appropriate Covid precautions in place. As for the products, much the same as other banks are they competitive, like the virus regulations, fluid.”
