“We have recently had to go into the branch to do a bank transfer and transfer funds. On the previous occasion a couple of months ago the gentleman who dealt with us (may have been called Paul) was so friendly and helpful. Today we dealt with a lovely lady who was also so helpful and friendly. The employees at this branch are all so nice and nothing is any trouble to them. Pleasure to go in at any time.”

“I have found all members of staff I have come into contact with over the years, to be polite and very helpful. Yes at times the counter service is over stretched, often due to customers not using the other options available at the branch. I find the online system easy to operate but understand that it's not for everyone, my wife included.”

“Popular as an after work spot this place also does very good deals with meals. The halumi starter was tasty as was the nachos. Hubby was please with the Chinese belly pork skillet as I was with the halumi fajitas which did come with all the timings. Good efficient staff too.”

“A small premises type of building not the usual grand auditorium type building and even so Virgin have altered the layout. At one point the was an area for customers to sit down and help themselves to a cup of tea or coffee and as many as you wanted. That has all been replaced by a cashpoint area, I would think that Virgin could claim that Covid was the reason but the free tea/coffee ploy I think was to lure new customers inside, so job done. But Covid has altered the ambiance of the place as it has to adapt to the times but a counter service, small, is available, and personal consultations are available with the appropriate Covid precautions in place. As for the products, much the same as other banks are they competitive, like the virus regulations, fluid.”

“Thank you for providing an excellent service, very lovely staff at this branch who respect people from all backgrounds regardless. Sadly I had to change banks as the staff at Beverley Barclays do not respect disabled people like myself chatting to their friends and staff while I'm waiting 15 minutes to be served. What should of took me 2 minutes at Hull to deposit money at Beverley it took me 20 minutes as the staff can't be bothered to do their job accurately and professionally at the Beverley Branch.”

“People here are really nice when it was raining there were a rack of umbrellas for I imagine only card holders to use but I was with my friends surprisingly they let us wait until the rain cleared (30 mins) this happened a few months ago though. Also Leslie if I’ve spelt her name right is a really nice person if you can get her to register your bank account, ask for her.”
