Received consistently awful customer service here from the same woman, baffled as to how she is still employed in a customer facing job. Have frequently had to call customer service after attending in branch to actually get the right answers / service. Total waste of time.

Wouldn't give them one star only have to to leave this review. Switching my Bank account to the Coop, as I was recommended to them by a parent of a child with a disability. They refused a credit card request online and then sent an email asking what credit card I would like to request? Also leaving this bank because a member...
