I was in a panic because I thought something had gone wrong with my account. After a very short wait, the staff member who I saw was very helpful and professional, and sorted the issue quickly.

Wouldn't give them one star just have to make this review!!!!! Handing spouse credit card in we never requested and mainly because pin we had didn't work from previous card when the letter we received with new cards said it would. If I could give no stars then that would be better!!! I'm accused of fraud and then they shut my account down and don't let me move my money!!! What a joke of a bank, only listen to one side of the story and they don't give you a chance to appeal it!!!! Horrible bank to bank with!!!!
