Trying to see someone in Durham Branch is nightmare ..staff on front desk are unhelpful anyone have an email address ? Maybe I can get a question answered this way ??

As a non-British professional, I do not recommend Lloyds Bank in Durham. They made me come back 4 times (4!), each time asking for different, additional paperwork. All I wanted was to open a bank account...
