This is a horrible bank. They gave me the worst experience that a bank can give. They blocked my card without prior notice leaving me stranded without any access to money and putting me in danger.After initially taking my tennancy agreement and accepting it, they later said that they sent an email to inform me that they changed their mind and that it is no longer accepted. I never received that email. That email was never sent to me. And there was also not any type of communication or messages or notifications on the app or my online banking about anything being wrong or missing. Suddenly my card gets declined at checkout and when I call, i am asked to visit the branch and am told that I am blocked from everything!

For 2 months we can't open a regular account for my husband due to incompetent employees in your bank, some document is constantly missing, we have already been returned for the 6th time. The employees are very rude and do not help with anything. I am sorry that I have been your customer for 5 years

Terrible! The staff just can?t offer any help on opening an account. The online application asks me to go to the branch to get the ID verified but they just ask me to start a new application and leave. The staff is so rude as she throws my phone at the table and she kind of discriminates me.

Actual thieving staff. Heard of "sleight of hand"? Well, if you want to know what it is, leave some money on the counter without grasping it hard and you'll find out.

Lloyds website makes no mention of the branch being closed. I found this morning after making my way to durham to visit the branch. Very poor service from lloyds especially when I had checked before hand my time and parking
