Utterly uncalled for , judgmental and derogatory passive-aggressive comment aimed at myself by a member of staff at the Durham store as I was leaving on 21st February. Today called into Matalan for a quick look before doing my food shop. I was having trouble with my One4all card I received for Christmas.
