“Today called into Matalan for a quick look before doing my food shop. I was having trouble with my One4all card I received for Christmas.
The assistant at the self serve till was called Kim and was absolutely fabulous with me. Nothing was a problem. She was helpful, patient and so funny. Her customer service was 10/10. She is a credit to Matalan.”

They took the time to help us find a style that suited my son perfectly, offered great advice, and made sure the suit was altered to fit just right. They also helped with accessories and all the little finishing touches that made the outfit perfect for prom night.
