I'm currently on holiday in Darlington, and have left my Santander card in my accommodation , I then went into town and parked in the multi story car park. Met Eve today at the Aycliffe banking hub. She has given me excellent help in starting on line banking for which I have been nervous of a very long time. Help me change ISA and 123 account. I'm am so happy. She is an excellent ambassador for your bank, very polite, helpful very smart. Nora Brewster

the Darlington branch cash point machines inside are really unpleasant, The top and surrounding walls/signage are filthy covered in dried spit and other fluids (and have been for some time) The buttons and control panel that Customers have to touch looked no better. Nor is any sanitiser provided. I raised the state of them...
