“I'm currently on holiday in Darlington, and have left my Santander card in my accommodation , I then went into town and parked in the multi story car park. I then realised that I had left all my cards and money at my accommodation. I only had my mobile with me that had my Satander app on it. I went into Santander and explained what had happened and asked if they could help me. I had no ID with but I was dealt with by Sue and Lisa who managed to help me obtain money from my account. Lisa and Sue were both polite and professional at all times, not only are they a credit to themselves but ambassadors to the name Sanander, thank you Sue and Lisa well done.”

“As you approach the line of two cash machines you see a wonderful view of the valley, sweeping vistas of sheep grazing, majestic Oak trees, long plunging waterfalls and if you approach quietly, you may also see gazelles drinking at the water hole. I can't recommend it enough”

“This shop is like an oasis in a desert. It's like a cafe or a snack bar. There's every food you need. In Summer it's cool inside and during winter the shop is warm and cosy, always fresh food. Older stuff is marked and then reduced, which is good as some shops don't do that. This is one of my favourite shops.”

“Yesterday I went to the branch to unlock my online banking. I have to say Alex on the front customer help desk could not have been more helpful. I liked his polite and methodical approach. He took time to carefully resolve the situation. His manner was courteous, very friendly, and inquisitive yet he knew the boundaries and not to go too far or be over friendly.
