“Best part of this natwest was that I had my 6 week old baby with me and she started crying because she needed food but becsuse im breast feeding and didn't want to feed in public because you get so funny looks from people and theres some wired people out there the guy offered me a room where there was no one... lovely people that work in natwest Darlington”

“I'm currently on holiday in Darlington, and have left my Santander card in my accommodation , I then went into town and parked in the multi story car park. I then realised that I had left all my cards and money at my accommodation. I only had my mobile with me that had my Satander app on it. I went into Santander and explained what had happened and asked if they could help me. I had no ID with but I was dealt with by Sue and Lisa who managed to help me obtain money from my account. Lisa and Sue were both polite and professional at all times, not only are they a credit to themselves but ambassadors to the name Sanander, thank you Sue and Lisa well done.”

As a member you can make an appointment for a financial review with other members of staff. They can help you save money on things like household insurance etc.”
