“Angela is the first HSBC UK person I have met who knows what she's doing and she's nice with it. Five stars for her, but I won't be doing my majority banking with HSBC. I'm a Premier customer and so far I have been given the wrong information, left hanging and been treated as if I'm a criminal. I've opened an account with Virgin and will be doing most of my banking with them.”

“Due to the new pound coins being introduce and the advice of government to bank the old ones I took a substantial amount in to the bank, ok so far🤑 But not ever been a cashier I did not realise that you could not mix the new and old pound coins, the cash bags did not tell me not to? But this is where lloyds cashier was outstanding in her service to me, she could see my disappointment and embarrassment she organised a room for me to sort out the coins 😎 This was not the banks problem or fault but went it went out of its way to help. Well done Lloyds”

“I was being scammed over the Internet although I did not know it at the time. The bank telephoned me and put me through to their Fraud Team while the scam was still going on. In short, they stopped the scam and was reimbursed the money to my account. I am truly grateful for their quick response.”
