The staff in the Middlesbrough Branch have provided an excellent first class service, always with a genuine willingness to help and a smile.You don’t get this service from a machine in a banking hub.”

“We went to have lunch at Lloyds as a group with four adults and five kids in tow. We had been playing a vertical find Alice in Wonderland game around Middlesbrough and all the kids were dressed up. Also on this day it work a home game and the pit market was on so you can imagine BUSY especially with the sun out!! We received exceptional service food was prompt all food came out together. The lady upstairs called Lindsey who made and extra fuss as we had a birthday girl in our mist and chatted and made all the kids smile.Thankyou for your service”
