Service and staff terrible. They are rude and unhelpful. 1st visit they kept us waiting 30mins to pick up the car and I only got the car back by going into the actual garage and dining one of the mechanics. 2nd visit, still unfriendly. First MOT booked at 3pm for an electric car with no issues. I am still waiting at 5:15 for this to be completed. Parking also horrendous. Chose this garage as convenient for my work place but now I'm having to stay late waiting more than 2 hours for a 30 minute MOT. Not impressed, won't be coming back.
