“Great service with no fuss. Having stopped at another Kwik Fit on route and been told they couldn't possibly look at my puncture for 3 day's, decided to risk the journey and made it to Darlington. Was seen straight away and found to have a screw in the tyre which was quickly repaired and I was back on the road. Great customer service.”

“Parking spaces are limited and although a time slot is booked, the work hadn't commenced an hour after delivering the car. Due to the parking issues you feel obliged to move your vehicle as soon as it's out of the workshop, as they're wanting to bring the next vehicle in and your blocking the entrance.
Counter staff polite and friendly.”
