“This is a review mainly for Joanne Hope. From the get go she was a fantastic person to be around. Never hounded us but was always there to answer questions we had.

I was due to collect the car at a certain time and contact was maintained throughout the process. She kept us up to date with what was happening and I even brought the collection day forward which would have been an inconvenience for Joanne but she assured me it wasn't.

This woman went above and beyond for us even stayed after closing time to help us take the car home that day. I was running late and told her a time I'd be there but I was late due to traffic but she stayed and helped us which I appreciate very much.

We had a few things that needed sorting which was agreed upon sale but with us taking the car early meant that I'd have to call back to get these sorted. As of today 30/8/2025 these have been sorted and we are very happy with everything.

Joanne is a talented sales person and isn't pushy which I prefer when buying or browsing for a vehicle. She is very knowledgeable and explains every bit of service available to you before purchasing.

If you visit the showroom look out for Joanne.

“Great service with no fuss. Having stopped at another Kwik Fit on route and been told they couldn't possibly look at my puncture for 3 day's, decided to risk the journey and made it to Darlington. Was seen straight away and found to have a screw in the tyre which was quickly repaired and I was back on the road. Great customer service.”

“Brought my 320d to theses amazing guys at Darlington&Teesside auto tech! Too get sorted! Two mechanics already tried to sort it out for me one saying the car was basically knackered! I contacted Nicola, explained my issues which were frm- and my car wouldn’t start! After been failed by the two mechanic! I was losing hope that my pride and joy wouldn’t get fixed! “Parking spaces are limited and although a time slot is booked, the work hadn't commenced an hour after delivering the car. Due to the parking issues you feel obliged to move your vehicle as soon as it's out of the workshop, as they're wanting to bring the next vehicle in and your blocking the entrance.
Counter staff polite and friendly.”
