Went to bank in Darlington and was closed for referbigment but nothing on the bank app or website about this thanks for wasting my time ( that I could of to used to sort stuff out)

I have to say the service can be patchy at best. In person at the branch they are helpful but since I opened a new account with the branch (moving from York) I've had multiple issues.
