An excellent practice providing the best care they can with wholly inadequate levels of funding from Government. Phoned, called back, appointment offered, seen GP, prescription issued - all within 40minutes. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. A big thank you for the hard work that all staff put in.

I don't like the doctor's surgery because of the receptionists who can be very rude at the best of times and trying to get information out of them is like trying to pull hens teeth or get blood out of a stone absolute waste of time going

Phoned up asking for an appointment and was told I'd get a call back. Received a text saying they tried to book something for me. I called back and was on hold for over 15 minutes to then be told that the space had gone and I'd be put back on the list.I said that this wasn't good enough and that I needed to be seen.
