Phoned, called back, appointment offered, seen GP, prescription issued - all within 40minutes. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. “This is one of the best surgeries I have been a patient at. They are a busy surgery and yes when I ring up I will be in a queue but I don’t think that’s any different to any other surgeries. Medical staff are proactive and my issues are either resolved at appointment or I’ve been referred/signposted. I have had some telephone appointments which have worked ok and again issues resolved.
