If you actually get to see the doctors/nurses, they are friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment is a completely different story. After 121 rings to get through this morning to have my 4yr old seen, we’ve been told to go to Lumley Surgery tomorrow afternoon as there are no appointments at Bridge End today - told this... read full comment
