An excellent practice providing the best care they can with wholly inadequate levels of funding from Government. Phoned, called back, appointment offered, seen GP, prescription issued - all within 40minutes. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. A big thank you for the hard work that all staff put in.

I don't like the doctor's surgery because of the receptionists who can be very rude at the best of times and trying to get information out of them is like trying to pull hens teeth or get blood out of a stone absolute waste of time going

Phoned up asking for an appointment and was told I'd get a call back. Received a text saying they tried to book something for me. I called back and was on hold for over 15 minutes to then be told that the space had gone and I'd be put back on the list.I said that this wasn't good enough and that I needed to be seen. The team then terminated the call on me...The reception staff always come across as passive aggressive and are extremely unhelpful.

Absolute nightmare if you have an ongoing issue. Really hard to get an appt. I do NOT recommend these doctors.

Honestly you might as well take your chances self medicating. False promises from doctors and no communication from the clerical staff despite 2 calls to chase. Happy to leave people in pain. Great job guys.

Worst doctors surgery by far , in 6 months had multiple cases of doctors who I have never seen or spoke too changing medications , changing dosages , refusing medication multiple times , receptionist staff are often very rude and aggressive after 3 complaints nothing has been resolved , pressure to reduce medications when issues occur, left without medications for days at a time, when asked what if supposed to do when refused medications told by senior staff that there?s nothing they can do for 10 days, no support or any sort of care from them, avoid at all costs absolute joke of a place.

The GPs and nursing staff are very good. The difficulty in gaining face to face appointments is a National problem due to high demand and staff shortages. Many communication improvements have been made over recent years. Downside: the front staff seem to change frequently and appear defensive when mistakes are made by them. The lengthy passive aggressive speech at the beginning of a call is unnecessary and aggravating. Especially when after waiting to listen you are number 12 in the queue. The speech needs a re-write to get the message across in a shorter time with a more empathetic tone.

Stopped my medication as I'd requested it before due , I can work out a 500ml bottle of medication using 40 ml a day is not gonna last 28 days !! Request more .....I did , no phone or tx just don't authorise script !!!

I have only rated 1 star as I can't rate zero.It's impossible to get an appointment with a doctor, the nurses waiting room is always full and they work hard. However all the times I've been recently there's not one single waiting downstairs to see a doctor but there's no appointment available. They're stealing living. Had tests done via the nurse obviously, these had to be reviewed by a doctor over a month later still nothing, I have chased this up twice only to be told the doctor hasn't had time to review.

Can never get an appointment, i?ve phoned first thing in the morning to be on hold for more then 20 minutes and then told theres nothing left. Never see the same doctor, always a different one who knows nothing about me. Tried to speak to a manager to get something sorted and got told i would get a call back from them and nothing! Would do even less then 1 star it?s ridiculous then to see a banner outside the practice for new patients yet they can?t sort out their current ones?

My wife called on Friday the 24th of March. She was second in the queue at 17.01. she became number one in the queue at 17.10. She waited to be answered to 17.27 at which time the call was terminated st the surgery end. Her call was not answered.This can only be described as a very poor service.

Dr Miralles and his aide have been marvellous. The level of care and support given to my dad has been outstanding.

Never known a doctors like it so unhelpful stop medication without telling you then refusing to give you it again in the middle of changing doctors if your thinking of joining I would not recommend
