“As a supermarket they are great. But they do not have a pharmacy as advised on Google. The pharmacy is in the Whitehouse Farm store, located in Stockton. Google sort this out.”

“Jan in dairy is such an angel and a credit to the store. We came in just before Christmas and the place was packed. She really went out of her way to help me find blinis for my canapés. She walked me to the section, when they weren’t there she asked a colleague, when her colleague couldn’t help she looked them up on the system and then she told me she would physically search for them. I was all the way over the other end of the store when she approached me with a box full of several packets and let me help myself. She really REALLY went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience and didn’t leave disappointed. Such a kind and hardworking person and lovely lady. For all the reasons that we spend most of our money online shopping these days, Jan reminded me why shopping in store can also be a really pleasant experience.
