I travelled for over an hour as this is now my nearest branch, lots have been closed & have to rely on the online banking.
Unfortunately the online banking would not answer my query!
The person who stands by the door asking your business replied that I would need an appt for my request!!
She obviously saw my disappointment...

This branch is part of an opening hours pilot. We will be open until 17.00, Monday to Friday, with the counter closing at 15.00. On Saturdays, we will be open until 16.00, with counter closing at 12.30. All other services remain available. Santander is a large retail and commercial bank.
