“By miles the best bank branch I’ve ever visited. The three front of house ‘floor walkers’, Jenny, Dan and Stefan, offer the kind of service that you just don’t get anywhere else these days. I know that if I have an issue that needs resolving they will fix it for me. I’ve also dealt with Natalie and Adrian and they also offer the same level of excellent service.”

“The only time I get get to a bank is Saturday the staff are always helpful and smiling. Having to wait for a new debit card to arrive I needed to withdraw cash. It was not a problem the Saturday cashiers were so helpful thank you .”

“I always try to use this petrol station as it is often the cheapest in the area. I use the Shell app and pay at the pump. It was very quick and easy easy to do, although I did have to log in and it took a little while to make the connection.”
“I use the Morrisons on a daily basis, and there’s a gentleman in there called Barry who lights up my day when I walk in. It’s great to see someone of that age working so hard and being so friendly to all customers. He’s one of the main reasons Palmer Snell shops in there.”
“I wanted to have a create your own pizza made the other day and the people there were rude and unwilling to help except for the young girl - i think her name was Lucy - she was so lovely and helpful, really made my day. Look forward to getting another few pizzas of her soon”
