Went to Parkstone to discuss transfer of funds. Shocked to find it was closed today. On speaking on mobile to another branch told to check the internet in the future to check whether a branch is open or not.

Opening hours more for the benefit of staff rather than the customers Not the most helpful team even when they are open.Canford Cliffs branch were excellent and very much missed.
