Absolutely appauling service. Staff complaining people are queuing on a Monday after christmas. Saying in earshot of the whole queue we can expect to wait a long time as its our fault for all coming at once. So many people are working at this branch and only one who decided to be at the video conference is able to serve queuing people. Massively frustrating ?
