I called the practice last week as my prescription renewal suggested I needed an alternative medicine. The lady who took the call walked to Lloyds Pharmacy to find out what the issue was. She then called me back and said she would get a doctor to sign off on the prescription. I felt this was exceptional service given... read full comment

Receptionist is something to be desired for utterly rude speaks to you like dirt attitude, absolutely stinks after calling several times with a prescription problem not the best person to have front of house I must say
