Lodging in Lyme Regis, Dorset

“We have been in Lyme Regis/Charmouth twice already for holiday because of my fossil lover son. We have tried numerous restaurants and come to decision this is the best restaurant in the area. Maybe more expensive with £3-4 but it is worth the price. You are actually eating proper food! Like in 5star hotels. My son only wanted to eat here because they even serve the best tomato pasta penne. He refused the eat the other pasta somewhere else, and he was right:)”

“Popped in on Friday 15th Aug hoping to get some food without a booking, the staff were very friendly and got us a table for two.
We had an absolutely FANTASTIC meal, 2 pies with all the trimmings, all hot, fresh and beautiful quality.

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a rural location about a ten minute drive from Lyme Regis. Our ensuite room was very clean and comfortable and there is a good choice for breakfast. Our host Sue is lovely. It's like staying with a friend. We plan to return.”

“Enjoyed the tea shop yesterday afternoon. This was the second time we have visited and it was worth the short detour from the A35 on our way back from Cornwall to Hampshire.
Great service and lovely home cooked food.
Attractive tea garden or inside cafe. Free parking outside and dog friendly too.
It is always on our short list if we are anywhere near Lyme Regis.”

“This is a very special place. It's so peaceful and so beautiful. James & Emma couldn't be more helpful So much so, we've been twice now, staying in the barn and the store, both are wonderfully done. We brought our dog each time, it's a lovely place for dogs too!”
