Disgusting company to deal with. Bought 6 of their Carlton Dining chairs. We assembled and weren't 100% with the quality out of the box - some were wobbly on the flooring and there were some marks on the metal coating. My mother recently passed away unexpectedly, she had paid £778 (half the cost) towards a Stressless chair with an 8-10 week delivery. When I contacted Woods, my options were either to continue with the order and pay the other half (but we obvs didn't now want the chair) or the lady said Woods would "take the hit" and pay... read full comment
