“We went for lunch as a party of 6. We had pre booked because it was the Christmas season. We were greeted by a very friendly member of the team. Shown to our table,allowed to settle, then had our drinks order taken and then shortly after that we had our meal order's taken by another charming team member. We didn't have to wait very long until all of our food was brought to the table. We had a gluten free option, a vegetarian option and 4 meals and starters off the Special menu. Every meal was beautifully cooked and presented. We had a really lovely time and will definitely be returning in the near future.”

“What a beautiful b&b with plenty of history. Owner was very informative about the old tea room and surrounding area. She was also the most amazing host, so friendly, kind and welcoming. Made us feel like we were at home. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of cereals, pastries, yoghurt and then cooked breakfast. The cakes and scones are a must when visiting....tasty!
There is a plaque which says " come as guests leave as friends....we have definitely left as friends.”

“We called into this shop on Sunday 7th July and wanted to buy a candle stand, unfortunately the one on display was chipped so the two lovely lady assistants couldn't have been more helpful and drove to your other store to pick up one from there. I couldn't let this go unnoticed as I believe they went above and beyond and gave brilliant, very friendly customer service.”

“A perfect family and friends holiday. We stayed at Silverlake for the second time and we loved every minute of it. The beautiful surroundings are a perfect getaway and the secure setting is perfect to let the kids explore without a worry. We enjoyed all of the activities going on offer from swimming, gym, paddle-boarding, cycling, tennis and football. The staff are all extremely friendly.

Love how close it is to the coast with beautiful beaches just 10 minutes drive. We’ll definitely be visiting again next year!”

“We had a Premier room and it was very comfortable. The TV was a bit temperamental, there was a long delay between pressing a button and anything happening, so you pressed the button again. The toilet had no toilet brush which I think is essential. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

“We visited here after searching all the big chains for our perfect sofa, we had no luck no matter the price in finding it until arriving here. We were very well looked after by Jonathan who offered us a choice of drinks. He helped us go over measurements and the different options. He was very patient. Feel better shopping local too! Will be using here again! Can 100% recommend.”
