We had a Premier room and it was very comfortable. The TV was a bit temperamental, there was a long delay between pressing a button and anything happening, so you pressed the button again. The toilet had no toilet brush which I think is essential. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.
Beds are lovely as always which is the main thing. Would be nice if the lifts work correctly as it took a while to get to our room. Disappointed that the kitchen was closed as planned to have our evening meal there.
