She was so helpful,and totally committed to dealing with my request, which was made more difficult due to the printer playing up.

Last week we posted a few parcels , we were told that we had chosen the wrong size ( our mistake but it happens) but we felt like we had done something really wrong by the lady ( short hair blonde and glasses?) that served us.
