It's not a farm shop as such, just a useful little village store that saves you having to go all the way to Blandford or Dorchester for daily essentials.”

“As a visitor to the area. Sometimes locals can be a bit stiff but not here a great little shop and post office. Pay a visit. We purchased a Dorset Lardy cake yum yum. 10/10 keep up the good work. ”

“My bank having closed its branch in Dorchester, I popped into the Post Office to see whether they could help me pay a cheque into my bank account. The lady behind the counter was so friendly and helpful and efficient. I was expecting all kinds of difficulties, but she dealt with it all just like that. Definitely 5☆ service!”

Definitely a handy shop for locals.”

“I popped in here once for some Fairy Liquid and lo and behold - it was there! Truly a saviour as I was passing through Evershot. In all seriousness, it's a handy little shop and it sells the essentials. Evokes pleasant memories of years gone by with its quaint appearance.”
