“What a great local bank with fabulous staff who truly understand and practice excellent customer service.
We were visiting from Northern Ireland where there are no Lloyds branches, and needed to change an account to a joint account.
Our time in Christchurch was very limited as we were there to meet with family; but Pam & Kathy really did go above and beyond to help us get it sorted quickly and with total professionalism!

On all occasions my requirements have been sorted effieciently and in a professional yet kind interactive way, somewhat missing from some other places now. Customer service is excellent at Christchurch and if that is something you feel is missing from where you currently are I would highly recommend moving to this branch.”
