“What Barbara doesn't know, you don't need to know. Have been lucky enough to use this post office 25 years +. Always a cheerful face to greet you and really helpful service. Will always advise if a better way (and cheaper) to send things is available and you never feel rushed. Best post office I have ever dealt with, thank you Barbara.”

“Google shows misleading opening hours. The shop and the post office keep different opening times, which can lead to considerable frustration when you've wasted a journey to pick up a parcel based on the Google closing time of 4.30 on a Saturday only to be told at 1pm that the post office is now closed and the staff can't get into it. Trust the Royal Mail website not Google if you're coming to use the post office.”

“Easy and friendly service. Always helpful. I’ve sent parcels, done Amazon returns, collected packages (delivered via DPD and EVRI). Even if there is a queue, it moves quickly. I gave up on the main Boscombe post office some time ago. This place is 100% better and is open when it says! Oh and the hours are great, open until 6pm 6 days a week AND even open on Sunday!Thank you ?”

“I'm a diecast collector and I buy big lots of unboxed cars from auction houses. While I do keep some of them, most of the cars end up on eBay for resale. So you can imagine I want them to arrive intact at my doorstep.I recently bought about 30 something 1:18 cars and couldn't collect. And that brings me to this review.Very happy with the service from Postmyparcels, especially during a busy time of the year such as Christmas. All items were carefully wrapped and packed, loose parts were attached with care and made sure that I can't miss them. Lots of padding and not a lot of movement for the models, which is crucial on 'trips' like this.I haven't had a parcel full with cars arriving with no damage, like ever. This one from Postmyparcel is the first of its kind and I raise my hat to the person in charge of packaging this.Will be happy to use the service again, bargain for the price and the hassle. Don't always give 5 stars, but in this case is, they do deserve a lot more.Thanks”

“Great little post office with knowledgeable and helpful staff who are always willing to go the second mile, no matter how busy they are. Giving four stars instead of five as the Post office is sometimes closed when it’s scheduled to be open and also not all counters are staffed during busy times.Photo was taken just before noon on a Saturday. “Came in on Feb 3rd to renew my passport. Super efficient service enabled the online form to go, along with photo take in the post office. Feb 12th, I have a note to say it will be delivered tomorrow. This is well within the 3 weeks quoted so thank you Landsdowne Post Office for taking the stress away from the whole process.
