“Never had an issue with them. The tall, bald man with glasses, Tim is my favourite by far. He seems a bit scary at first but he's actually the nicest man when you come by a few times. Never had an issue, always managed to help me out be it taxing a car, sending a parcel abroad etc. Top man. The ladies were also great, the blonde lady on particular.”

“The staff at this post office are SO efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They work tirelessly on minimum wage (I can't believe that!!) For all those complainers, grumbles and insulting people; just for a minute put yourself in their shoes- could you do better? Would you do better? Doubt it. I was astounded at the abuse these lovely postal workers have had to endure. Personal insults; some hideous people delivering them should be held accountable! Abuse and no other word for it. The manager is leaving and I for one am deeply saddened as she was so kind and helpful when I was sending copious amounts of parcels to my son and the Royal Engineers troop in Afghanistan a few years ago. I know this is a long review but I wanted to support these diligent public workers for all they do having heard the daily injustice abuse they receive. NOT ACCEPTABLE at all!!.”

“Went to get my passport application done electronically, Mandy was superb, she went beyond being helpful, she was having problems getting the photo done with the tablet but tried and tried again, she did this while jiggling other customers aswell, her colleague was stuck in traffic so she was on her own,eventually Mandy and Karen got it done between them, brilliant service, thank you ladies xx”

“Had an expensive scam involving g a man with a Rumanin name and Fed Ex. Aaron, the man I spoke to at Poole FedEx was absolutely brilliant and explained rhe situation. He was so patient, I am 78 and quite deaf, and told me what to do. A credit to FedEx and I hope his manager thanks him. Thank you Aaron.”

“Very good delivery office, very friendly staff and nice managers. Office is quite small and therefore fairly efficient although quite busy as well. Absolutely no parking spaces available for neither staff nor customers; own car park for vans is extremely dense.P.S. Customers rightly complain about stupid office hours and they ARE stupid but it's not up to Poole DO staff, the same is across the country. Complain to London! If you buy a lot of stuff online just invest in a good parcel box or some alternative safe place, and update your details in your RM account. And leave a notice. All parcels except Special Delivery Guaranteed can be delivered this way.”
