Friendly staff, clear signposting on when you can enter (taking into account current covid situation) different areas to wait if you are going for the shop or post office so hopefully no one gets antsy whilst queuing

VERY impressed with the organisation the queuing system due to covid19 whilst still providing excellent customer service.
